Family Group Trip to the Polar Rink, and American Museum of Natural History

Family Group Trip Goals: Team-building, enhanced inter-communication, exploration of New York City, academic inquiry.

Activities:
1) Students with varied abilities in ice skating will help each other skate.

2) Students will complete work sheet on one aspect of the Museum of Natural History/ Rose Center for Earth and Space.

Follow-up Activity: Each attending student will contribute their notes to a blog entry about our trip to the Polar Rink and American Museum of Natural History/Rose Center for Earth and Space.
